Job Summary

Job Description	To take the lead in implementing & improving Quality Management System across all sites Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Standards Lead system/ internal audits & ensure timely closure of Non conformances with a recurrence prevention approach. Coordinate external certification audits by liaising with certification agencies Creating & updating standards based on customer audits and customer specific requirements Continuously review standards for business process improvements Conduct management review meetings Develop & deliver QMS/IMS related training programs across sites

Experience	15 years
Candidate Profile	Essential: Should have been in corporate lead QMS position for a minimum 08 to 10 years and certified as lead auditor. Have good experience in VDA 6.3 standards Automotive background throughout the career. Prior manufacturing / design experience. Good knowledge of digital tools. Good leadership and communication skills. Desirable: Network with societies like ACMA CII TQI etc.
