Exp: 5Yrs
- Experience in production support with good ITSM process knowledge specially handling P1 tickets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Supply chain process knowledge (not specific to any technology)
- Experience in stakeholder management with keen eye to detail and good analytical
- Monitor production systems and applications to ensure high availability and performance
- Handle production incidents service requests and alerts as per defined SLAs
- Perform incident triage root cause analysis and resolution for application and system issues
- Use log monitoring and observability tools to analyse errors performance issues and system behaviour
- Coordinate with development QA infrastructure and network teams during incident resolution
- Document incidents resolutions and known issues in ticketing systems
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during planned and unplanned outages
- Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures or automation
- Create and maintain runbooks SOPs and operational documentation
- Experience in Production Support / Application Support / Operations roles
Hands-on experience with any log monitoring or observability tool such as:
- Splunk
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana)
- Datadog
- CloudWatch
- New Relic (or similar tools)
- Understanding of application architecture and system integrations
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow JIRA or Remedy
