Project Support Engineer.

Additionally the selected candidate should be willing to travel for approximately 30% of the time for onsite activities with travel across PAN India as per project requirements.
Educational Qualification: . in IT / Computer Science Diploma / B.E. in IT / Electronics & Telecommunication / Computer Science / Communication
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 0.6-2 years of hands-on experience with SQL-based software applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and structure.
- Strong communication skills - confident and able to interact with clients effectively via telephone email and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel immediately for on-site work (approximately 30% travel required).

| Provide technical support to Rack OEM System Integrator partners and end clients. |
| Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues and Documenting solutions. |
| Providing Training sessions about software and hardware. |
| On-Site Troubleshooting Visiting customer or company locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues and PPM visits. |
| Maintain MIS documentation for call records and Site visit reports. |
| Handle Data Centre Project Execution Tasks which includes Installation of SmartCABINETS and Various Projects |

| Attending daily support calls and provide the required solution (Data Centre) |
| Attend and schedule software & Hardware installation (Data Centre) |
| Report Software / Hardware issues coordinate with software R& D team production team & service team for unresolved cases. |
| Coordinating closely with Project team for project related activities. |
| Coordinating closely with software team Testing of software to provide best solution. |
| Maintain Daily call records. |
