Project Background:
- The project aims to deploy the SAP S/4 HANA solution on RISE (private cloud) to transform and optimize business processes across Supply Chain Management (SCM) Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Finance. By focusing on deep monitoring automation and scalability the initiative seeks to simplify and standardize operations achieving a minimum annual run-rate savings of $40M while future-proofing processes to adapt to evolving sector demands. Additionally the project will enhance customer and employee experiences through improved service delivery and establish a unified data foundation for better decision-making.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience (10 years) in business process consulting with a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related areas such as Billing FICA and Device Management.
- Proven experience in utilities consulting with a strong emphasis on Customer Information Systems (CIS) SAP and significant expertise in the utilities sector.
- In-depth knowledge of energy settlement processes and integration techniques
- Ability to provide sound strategic advice to clients leveraging expertise in CRM and billing systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementing best practices and innovative solutions within the energy/utilities sector.
