Role Descriptions:

Partner with business and technology teams to gather and translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements.

Document requirements including data definitions process flows use cases and functional specifications to support solution design.

Conduct data and process analysis to identify gaps data-quality issues and opportunities for improvement.

Support delivery and implementation planning by performing impact analysis and requirement clarity assessments.


Nice to Have:

Previous experience in insurance or financial services especially with back-office or product systems.

Technical troubleshooting skills e.g. experience with API testing log analysis or system diagnostics.


Essential Skills:

Proficiency in requirements lifecycle management including elicitation documentation validation and traceability.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and collaborating with large business and tech teams.

Effective communication skills both verbal and written to work cross-functionally and present to diverse audiences.

Competence in defining and validating data requirements transformation rules and data quality checks.

Understanding of data governance metadata management and data lineage principles.


Experience Required: 6-8 years
