Job Description

Drive the establishment and maintenance of robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality benchmarks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership to align project priorities with business goals Monitor project performance metrics to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget Lead risk management activities to identify assess and mitigate potential project issues proactively Foster a culture of transparency accountability and continuous improvement by applying industry best practices in project governance Advocate for effective communication among all project stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope schedule resources and budgets Oversee project governance processes including compliance reporting and audit readiness Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders Ensure project deliverables align with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations Identify assess and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution Mentor and guide project managers and teams to enhance project delivery capabilities Support organizational change management efforts related to project initiatives
