Job Summary
Qualifications
o Landscape construction &/or 3 5 years of experience with site preparation and grading concrete pavers natural stone &/or masonry work and job/crew management
o Candidates should have hardscape construction experience with a high level of competency in site layout grading blueprint reading project administration and problem solving.
o Must be well organized detailed and highly motivated and a good communicator
o Must have a can-do approach
Responsibilities include
o Co-ordination & supervision of multiple residential installation crews in multiple locations
o Ensure client satisfaction
o Training & motivation of crews
o Maintaining strict quality standards on projects
o Visiting job sites daily & interfacing with homeowners
o Management of projects to successful completion within cost & time estimates
o Interfacing with sales consultants & office administration
