About the role
This entrylevel Change Analyst role offers a supported introduction to organisational change within the Consumer Insurance area. You will contribute to change communication and learning activities across initiatives while developing practical skills on the job.
Working closely with experienced Change Managers you will build capability through handson delivery structured guidance and exposure to enterprise change practices. This secondment provides strong internal mobility potential at completion.

What youll do
Support Change Managers with the delivery of change communication and learning activities across initiatives.
Independently lead and drive change approach for smaller impact initiatives or components of larger impact initiatives or streams of work.
Assist with stakeholder engagement activities including preparing materials and supporting workshops and forums.
Help coordinate communications by drafting content managing channels and supporting engagement activities.
Contribute to change planning reporting and governance tasks using tools such as Teams SharePoint Jira and Confluence.
Support golive and readiness activities including engagement sessions and ontheground support as required.
What youll bring

Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
A proactive cando approach and willingness to learn through feedback and coaching.
Comfort working in a structured supportive environment with clear goals and guidance.
Experience in administrative coordination project support or communications roles is beneficial but not essential.
