Internal Expressions of Interest
Due to an internal transfer we areseekingsuitably qualified applicants for the role ofTribe Lead Mortgages & Insurance. This role is accountable for leading the endtoend mortgages business while also overseeing INGs insurance portfolio playing a pivotal part in shaping and delivering INGs broader enterprise agenda. Key focus areas include strengthening alignment across the mortgages digital and insurance ecosystems to ensure cohesive strategy seamless customerexperiencesand effective execution across these interconnected areas as we pursue our growth ambitions.

Lead the full mortgage ecosystem including pricing portfolio origination saleschannelsin lifeexperience andfirst lineriskline.
Drive sustainable2 system growthby improving margins strengthening riskcultureand uplifting customer and broker experience.
Accelerate digital and AIenabled transformation to materially improve timetoyes and origination flowtoyes and origination flow.
Champion operational excellence and safe business practices across 140 FTE in sales creditin lifeand transformation.
Support enterprise growth by embedding insurance within mortgage journeys and enabling digital sales pathways such asRealtimequoting andself-serveexperiences.

Tribe-Lead level experience
Deep mortgage and lendingexpertise with strong commercial acumen across origination pricingportfolioand distribution.
