Activities
- Leadtactical and keyrelationships withregional Labeling and Artwork client leadershipanddepartmental leads (on the client-side)
- Activate tactical plansby demonstrating a deep understanding of theclients goals objectivesmarket business priorities and dynamics.
- Provide thought leadership insights and perspectives that support client initiatives and align services and solutions with client needs
- Establish key targets for service delivery and continuous improvement with regular measurement analysis and reporting
- Own and drive disciplined reporting and communication including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
- Maintain existing business relationship with assigned clients by monitoring progress of ongoing client projects and helping to address any issues or problems
- Support Regional Sr. Account Director to attainthefinancial and performance metricsthrough KPIs and otherkey measures;take ownership to drive continuous improvement thereof
- Remotely manage a team of employees across multiple geographies
- Work with Regional Sr. Account Director to develop and deliver innovative proposals to capture and create value for the client and SGx
- Ensure client retention is maximized by facilitating the delivery of custom-tailored solutions
- Ensure the health of the client relationship is optimized; where direct line reports are involved structure account teams and individual development plans including succession planning
- Ensure process consistency and adherence to the clients standards
