O Head de QSC Finance atua como líder sênior regional responsável por garantir a integridade financeira direcionar a estratégia de performance e liderar iniciativas estruturantes que assegurem crescimento sustentável produtividade e governança robusta em toda a cadeia de suprimentos (QSC). A função é responsável por transformação organizacional excelência em processos produtividade previsibilidade financeira otimização de capital de giro sobretudo eficiência de inventário além de ser um parceiro chave das áreas Comerciais de Supply e P&F para impulsionar decisões estratégicas.

Responsabilidades Principais

1. Liderança Estratégica e Governança Financeira

- Conduzir a estratégia financeira de QSC na região assegurando aderência a normas contábeis compliance e processos corporativos.

- Liderar o processo completo de ABP e LRP incluindo alinhamento com assumptions desafios consolidação e apresentação para boards regionais e globais.

- Responsável pela acuracidade e integridade das submissões de Forecast Plan MEC incluindo análises críticas gestão de riscos e proposição de ações corretivas.

2. Excelência em Cash Flow e Working Capital

- Liderar iniciativas estruturais de melhora de cash flow com foco em inventário aging ONL write-offs e processos de standard costing.

- Conduzir projetos de otimização e padronização dos modelos de gestão de capital de giro.

- Monitorar indicadores de performance garantindo maior previsibilidade e resultados sustentáveis.

3. Transformação Organizacional & Change Management

- Atuar como agente de transformação liderando programas de melhoria contínua e mudança cultural.

- Garantir adoção consistente de processos padrão novos modelos operacionais e recomendações advindas de auditorias e programas estratégicos.

- Engajar stakeholders em diferentes níveis e mercados.

4. Business Partnering Comercial

- Atuar como parceiro estratégico da área Comercial integrando análises financeiras com insights de custos e margem.

- Mapear riscos e atuar em conjunto com a área comercial para mitigá-los

5. Liderança & Desenvolvimento de Equipe

- Liderar o time de QSC e desenvolver talentos promovendo sucessão e fortalecimento de capacidades.

- Garantir alinhamento e colaboração entre hubs sites e Commercial Finance.

Requisitos do Cargo

Formação & Experiência

- Formação superior em Finanças Contabilidade Administração ou áreas correlatas.

- Experiência robusta em Supply Chain Finance Controladoria P&F ou Corporate Finance.

- Experiência comprovada em gestão de times e interação com stakeholders executivos.

Competências Técnicas

- SAP Power BI AO ferramentas de forecast e analytics.

- Forte domínio de P&L Balanço Cash Flow custos industriais inventário e métricas operacionais.

- Experiência com processos ABP LRP MEC e ciclos de previsão financeira.

Habilidades Comportamentais

- Liderança inspiradora decisão baseada em dados comunicação executiva e capacidade de navegar complexidade.

Finance Director Supply Chain LATAM Fixed Term (8 months)
Location: Brazil Argentina Mexico Colombia Panama

The Head of QSC Finance serves as a senior regional leader responsible for ensuring financial integrity driving performance strategy and leading structural initiatives that enable sustainable growth productivity and strong governance across the supply chain (QSC). The role leads organizational transformation process excellence productivity financial predictability and working capital optimizationparticularly inventory efficiencywhile acting as a key strategic partner to Commercial Supply and FP&A teams.

Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Financial Governance

- Lead the QSC financial strategy in the region ensuring compliance with accounting standards corporate governance and internal controls.

- Oversee the full ABP and LRP processes including assumption alignment challenge consolidation and presentations to regional and global boards.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of Forecast Plan and MEC submissions including critical analysis risk management and recommendation of corrective actions.

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Excellence

- Drive structural initiatives to improve cash flow focusing on inventory aging ONL writeoffs and standard costing processes.

- Lead projects to optimize and standardize working capital management models.

- Monitor performance indicators to ensure higher predictability and sustainable results.

3. Organizational Transformation & Change Management

- Act as a transformation agent leading continuous improvement programs and cultural change initiatives.

- Ensure consistent adoption of standard processes new operating models and recommendations from audits and strategic programs.

- Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and markets.

4. Commercial Business Partnering

- Serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial team integrating financial analysis with cost and margin insights.

- Identify and assess risks collaborating with Commercial to develop mitigation strategies.

5. Leadership & Team Development

- Lead the QSC Finance team developing talent and promoting succession and capability building.

- Ensure alignment and collaboration across hubs sites and Commercial Finance.

Role Requirements

Education & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related fields.

- Strong experience in Supply Chain Finance Controllership FP&A or Corporate Finance.

- Proven leadership experience and ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.

Technical Competencies

- Proficiency in SAP Power BI AO and forecasting/analytics tools.

- Strong command of P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow industrial costing inventory and operational KPIs.

- Experience with ABP LRP MEC processes and financial forecasting cycles.

Behavioral Skills
