Were looking for a Retail Client Manager who expects more from their career. Its a chance to become a trusted partner to key Retail Clients building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs. Its an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our client and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.

What we expect from you:

-Build and own strong relationships with Clevel and senior stakeholders at the retailer.
- Expand dunnhumbys network across the retailers value chain and act as a trusted collaborative advisor deeply understanding the retailers strategy customers and commercial priorities.
- Establish governance routines to ensure clear priorities progress tracking and twoway feedback.
- Identify highvalue opportunities where dunnhumby can support the retailer and shape the workplan accordingly overseeing and drivingdelivery of the client workplan to ensure measurable value.
- Spot upsell opportunities and support the full sales cycle through to contract.
- Collaborate across the broader dunnhumby team to present a unified integrated approach to the client.
- Lead coach and performancemanage the Retail Client team to deliver against account goals.
- Mitigate risks demonstrate dunnhumbys values and ensure team members have the required skills and training
- Measure value delivery regularly including ROI analytics and client impact surveys.
- Support contract renewal efforts and partner with the account lead to maximize renewal success.
- Stayinformed on global retail trends and share insights with client stakeholders.
- Manage the account P&L ensuring financial performance and value creation.
