About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Imaging Technologist to join our SKG Radiology Murdoch department.

As a Medical Imaging Technologist you will be providing efficient and high quality imaging services for both in-patient and outpatients within the Murdoch Hospital SKG department. As part of this role you will also rotate through our SKG Wexford branch located in the Wexford Medical Centre on the St John of God Campus.

This role is Full Time working 75 hours per fortnight. This role includes shift work on-call weekend and public holiday rosters to ensure serviceability to the hospital at all times.

Role requirements

AHPRA Registration & current WA Radiation licence
The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently
Outstanding communication and time management skills
A caring compassionate nature
Commitment to your own professional development
Display a Patients First attitude at all times
The ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment

CT experience is desirable but not a requirement for the position.

Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.
