The role

The Organisational Development Specialist has a key role in supporting the design and delivery of initiatives that improve how employees experience their work from engagement and performance programs through to recognition talent and succession activities. It helps shape practical tools and insights that strengthen culture and assist people leaders across the department while contributing to surveys data analysis and reporting that highlight whats working and where improvements can be made.

A key part of the job is turning complex information into clear useful insights and supporting teams to implement programs smoothly and effectively. It involves strong collaboration across People & Culture and the broader department helping ensure initiatives are well understood easy to use and aligned with organisational needs. The role also contributes to improving processes supporting continuous development and fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience supporting peoplerelated programs such as engagement performance recognition and talent activities.
  • Ability to analyse data identify trends and translate findings into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks documentation and project activities effectively.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • A proactive detailfocused approach that supports continuous improvement and a positive team environment.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Psychology and or Business Management or equivalent significant experience.
