Internship Overview
We are seeking self-driven students pursuing degrees in Construction Management who are interested in:
- Project Management
- Pre-Construction
- Architecture
- Design Build
- Field Operations
- Heavy Equipment/Site Work
Start and end dates are flexible based on academic schedules. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
Interns gain hands-on real-world experience while working closely with our:
- Carpentry & Interiors Group
- Construction Management Group
- Multi-Family Housing Group
- Design Build Group
- Special Projects Group
- Site Group
You will collaborate with Project Management Estimating and Administrative teams both on-site and in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and updating project drawings and documentation
- Distribute drawings and project information to appropriate parties
- Log track and distribute RFIs submittals and daily reports using project management software
- Receive review and schedule on-site material deliveries
- Assist with bid preparation project setup and project bidding
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College Junior or Senior pursuing a construction-related major preferred
- Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of tasks
- Organized self-motivated and positive attitude
- Located in or near the Cleveland area
