Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth in the assigned geographical area.
Direct and manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching mentoring and training to improve their performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including new markets products and services.
Monitor and analyze market trends competitors and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to determine progress and evaluate success.
Experience & Skills
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Solid understanding of sales methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Availability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
