- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
- Experience with performance management and coaching
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Human Resources or related field
