The Team You will not be working in isolation. You will join a world-class multidisciplinary medical department including:
A Lead British Doctor providing oversight and clinical direction.
Dedicated Physiotherapists for patient rehabilitation and mobility.
A support team of experienced Western-trained nurses.

The Process
Phase 1: CV Review & Credential Verification.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (conducted remotely).
Phase 3: Deployment to the Mediterranean.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western University (UK IE US CA AU NZ EU).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in high-pressure Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is non-negotiable.
Professionalism: High discretion immaculate presentation and the ability to adapt to yacht protocol.
