Job Summary
- Lead and manage complex IT programs and projects across the full project lifecycle including planning execution delivery and closure.
- Oversee project scope timelines functionality quality and cost to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
- Drive ERP migration and consolidation initiatives with a strong focus on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders application leaders and cross-functional teams to define project requirements scope and objectives.
- Provide consistent accurate and timely project status updates to leadership stakeholders and end users.
- Proactively identify project risks gaps and dependencies while proposing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise project schedules deliverables and resource allocations to maintain project momentum and milestone adherence.
- Manage and maintain project documentation including dashboards reports process maps meeting minutes and status communications with proper version control.
- Support program and budget governance by partnering with leadership teams to ensure financial alignment and tracking.
- Foster collaboration across teams and ensure stakeholders have the required tools resources and guidance to achieve project success.
- 815 years of overall IT project/program management experience with strong exposure to SAP-driven initiatives.
- Proven experience managing ERP migration or consolidation projects preferably SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall Scrum and SAP Activate.
- Practical experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira MS Project or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets track financial performance and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead teams effectively by delegating tasks based on team strengths and project priorities.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly through verbal written and presentation formats.
- Actively listen to stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve project challenges.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across technical functional and business teams.
