Scrum Master - Banking

Toronto - Hybrid (4 days WFO)

Role Descriptions:

oWilling to act as both a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Scrum Master seamlessly balancing responsibilities in both areas.

oCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements while ensuring alignment with project goals.

oFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives etc.) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

oBuild strong relationships with business teams technical teams and other stakeholders.

oAct as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
