Are you an experienced RN Manager with a background in Labor & Delivery Trinity Healths FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool is seeking a passionate Interim L&D Nurse Leader to join the team at Burdett Birthing Center Troy NY.
As Interim Nurse Manager youll provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for unit operations including direct supervision of staff (20%) and administrative responsibilities (80%). Youll drive clinical quality support staff development manage budgets and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement patient safety and team engagement.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Burdett Birthing Center - Samaritan Hospital Troy NY
- Length: 13 Weeks
- Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- Compensation: $3200.00 Gross Weekly $1200.00 Weekly Paid Travel (if residing 60 miles from facility)
Requirements:
- Active New York RN license
- Minimum 3 years of L&D Manager experience
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- BLS ACLS NRP and C-EFM Certifications
