As a Client Service Associate you will play a pivotal role in partnership with senior advisors ensuring clients receive seamless responsive service. You will be a primary point of contact for client communications administrative coordination and delivery of key support functions that contribute to an exceptional client experience.
You will be responsible for a range of client service and operational support activities including but not limited to:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through timely thoughtful communication.
Follow up after client meetings to ensure documentation is complete and accounts are properly established.
Manage scheduling of client appointments and advisor calendars.
Prepare and organize materials for client meetings.
Take detailed notes of conversations interactions and action items.
Maintain and update the CRM to reflect current client activities and follow-ups.
Draft client correspondence that is professional clear and client-focused.
Scan index and archive documentation in an organized system.
Adhere to industry regulations and stay current with compliance requirements.
Provide general administrative support including phone coverage and client greetings.
Contribute to additional practice needs and projects as required.
You are independent motivated proactive and thrive in a fast-paced detail-driven environment. You understand that excellent client service is a strategic differentiator and take pride in operational precision.
Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a wealth management financial services or related professional services environment.
