What you will do

The Project Management & Enablement Team manages a portfolio of large multi-functional projects sponsored by Senior Leadership that execute the business strategy for PGIM.

These high-impact initiatives are designed to achieve the following business drivers:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects and new business initiatives that drive business growth

  • Modernize client facing deliverables to generate flexibility improve timeliness and create scalable processes

  • Raise technical aptitudes and enable self-service across the organization to create further scale

  • Deploy global collaboration and workflow tools to improve efficiency

The Project Management & Enablement Team is looking for a Director Business Process Enablement to play a critical role in supporting diverse operational initiatives by contributing to the analysis design and enablement of future-state operating models.

This role partners closely with senior team members Product Technology Operations Risk and Compliance to help ensure that process changes are effectively enabled through scalable low-code / no-code solutions and fit-for-purpose technology.

What you can expect

  • Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows

  • Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions

  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms

  • Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions

  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives

  • Establish best practices for process documentation and governance

  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement

What you will bring

  • 10 years of experience in investment operations project management business analysis process improvement or operations transformation

  • Experience with low-code / no-code platforms

  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate tools

  • Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows

  • Experience enabling process change through technology solutions

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $150000 to $170000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
