The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative operational and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with process management reporting documentation and cross-functional coordination to support organizational operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to business units and leadership teams
- Coordinate daily operational activities schedules and workflows
- Maintain and update operational records documentation and reports
- Assist in data entry reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support project coordination tracking timelines and deliverables
- Manage internal communications and assist with meeting coordination
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel SAP or CRM systems for operational tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support operations or coordination roles
- Experience in corporate logistics healthcare or service environments is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel

Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $55000 to $80000 USD depending on experience industry and qualification
