Job Summary

The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative operational and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with process management reporting documentation and cross-functional coordination to support organizational operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to business units and leadership teams
  • Coordinate daily operational activities schedules and workflows
  • Maintain and update operational records documentation and reports
  • Assist in data entry reporting and analysis to support decision-making
  • Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Support project coordination tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Manage internal communications and assist with meeting coordination
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel SAP or CRM systems for operational tracking
  • Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support operations or coordination roles
  • Experience in corporate logistics healthcare or service environments is a plus

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $55000 to $80000 USD depending on experience industry and qualification
