Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a digital services company providing B2B services including marketing technology analytics and operational support to international brands. They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager for their offices in Limassol Cyprus.
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: on-site 100%
Employment type: full-time under SLA.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO PPC (Google Ads affiliates) social media email and SMS
Analyze and optimizes key metrics including CAC LTV ROI and churn using tools such as GA Amplitude and Tableau
Manage monthly marketing budgets up to $500K and ensures efficient allocation across channels
Oversee content strategy A/B testing initiatives and promotional activities in line with regulatory requirements
Manage a team of 5-10 marketing specialists
Collaborate with Product CRM and Development teams to improve acquisition and retention strategies
Coordinate with internal marketing and analytics teams as well as external stakeholders including Payments Risk CRM and Compliance
Monitor performance across key markets including EU LATAM and Asia and provides actionable insights.
Requirements
Native / fluent in English both verbal and written
2 years of experience in iGaming and performance marketing
Proven success in scaling to 50K monthly depositors
Brings an existing portfolio of active affiliates
Strong knowledge of tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust and Braze or Klaviyo
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Previous experience in managining / supervising marketing teams will be considered as an advantage
Has affiliate network experience considered an advantage.
