Nous recherchons un(e) analyste rigoureux afin de superviser lensemble des opérations financières de notre programme de cartes-cadeaux. Ce programme stratégique constitue un levier marketing essentiel qui stimule lachalandage dans nos propriétés commerciales et renforce la relation avec nos détaillants créant ainsi une valeur tangible pour nos actifs immobiliers. Votre rôle sera déterminant afin dassurer lexcellence opérationnelle financière fournir des analyses stratégiques à la haute direction et maintenir une conformité rigoureuse aux normes daudit. En tant que gardien de lintégrité financière du programme vous optimiserez sa performance tout en collaborant étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour propulser les objectifs commerciaux de JLL et maximiser le retour sur investissement de cette initiative.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Effectuer les rapprochements mensuels des cartes-cadeaux vendues en centre commercial en ligne et via les distributeurs automatiques pour toutes les propriétés participantes en assurant lexactitude et la ponctualité des rapports
Exécuter les transferts bancaires et saisir les écritures descriptives appropriées dans Yardi pour comptabiliser les ventes de cartes-cadeaux et surveiller les comptes bancaires des propriétés
Collaborer avec les comptables des propriétés pour assurer la facturation et le paiement en temps voulu des coûts dexploitation des distributeurs et gérer les rapprochements avec les fournisseurs externes
Préparer et distribuer les états financiers mensuels destinés à la haute direction et suivre les budgets par propriété en fournissant des analyses pertinentes
Réaliser des audits complets du programme de cartes-cadeaux mener des enquêtes en cas danomalies et coordonner les rapprochements trimestriels et annuels avec les équipes comptables
Collaborer avec les directeurs régionaux du marketing et le gestionnaire du programme de cartes-cadeaux pour le développement et lallocation des budgets
Veiller au maintien de fonds suffisants dans les comptes bancaires des propriétés pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles
Qualifications requises :
Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité finance ou domaine connexe
Minimum de 1 à 2 ans dexpérience en comptabilité ou en opérations financières
Solide connaissance des principes et pratiques comptables avec capacité à effectuer des rapprochements détaillés et précis
Maîtrise des logiciels comptables (Yardi constitue un atout)
Expérience en gestion des fournisseurs en facturation et en collaboration avec des fournisseurs externes
Capacité éprouvée à produire des rapports financiers de niveau exécutif et à effectuer des audits
Expérience dans un programme de cartes-cadeaux est un atout
Qualifications préférées :
Compétences analytiques avancées pour la préparation des états financiers mensuels et lanalyse budgétaire
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps pour gérer plusieurs tâches et prioriser efficacement
Solides aptitudes en communication et en travail déquipe pour collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles
Grande rigueur et souci du détail dans les transactions financières et les rapports

Analyst Gift Car Program - JLL
What this job involves:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst to join our team to oversee the comprehensive financial operations of our gift card program. This program serves as a marketing lever to support retailers and drive traffic to our properties ultimately increasing their value. Your role will be integral to ensuring accurate financial operations executive reporting and audit compliance for the gift card program. You will play a key role in optimizing the programs financial performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support JLLs strategic objectives.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Perform monthly in-mall ecommerce and vending machine gift card reconciliations for all participating properties ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Execute bank transfers and ensure proper descriptive Yardi entries are made to account for gift card sales while monitoring property bank accounts
Collaborate with property accountants to facilitate timely invoicing for vending machine operational costs and manage reconciliations with external vendors and service providers
Prepare and distribute monthly statements of earnings to senior leadership and track budgets by property providing regular updates and insightful analysis
Conduct comprehensive gift card program audits perform investigations when discrepancies are identified and coordinate quarterly and year-end accruals with accounting teams
Collaborate with Regional Marketing Directors and Manager Gift Card Program on budget development and allocation strategies
Monitor property bank accounts to ensure maintenance of sufficient funds for operational requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices with the ability to conduct accurate and detailed reconciliations
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (knowledge of Yardi an asset)
Experience with vendor management invoicing processes and working with third-party vendors
Proven ability to prepare executive-level financial reports and conduct audits
Experience in gift card program accounting preferred
Strong analytical skills for monthly financial statement preparation and budget analysis
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial transactions and reporting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with marketing teams on budget planning and allocation
Knowledge of investigative techniques to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
