Job Summary

Job Title: Program / Agile Manager (Release Train Engineer)
Location: Toronto Ontario Canada
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program / Agile Manager with strong Release Train Engineer (RTE) expertise to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive large-scale Agile execution enable program delivery and foster continuous improvement within a retail or loyalty-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) facilitating Agile Release Train events including PI Planning Scrum of Scrums System Demos and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
Drive program-level execution and ensure alignment across multiple Scrum teams.
Manage risks dependencies and impediments at the program level.
Collaborate with Product Management Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure delivery of business value.
Track and report on program progress metrics and outcomes.
Coach teams on Agile Scrum and SAFe best practices.
Support continuous improvement and maturity of Agile processes.
Work closely with stakeholders in retail and/or loyalty domains to ensure customer-focused outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Agile delivery or program management roles.
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in large-scale Agile/SAFe environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams in complex programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in Retail industry and/or Loyalty programs is highly preferred.
Ability to manage program-level risks dependencies and delivery timelines.
