The Challenge:
Lead formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel assigned to support cuttingedge platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron Operational Support Squadron Group or Wing level.
Prepare course materials develop training exercises and keep curriculum up to date with any technology system or tool updates.
Deliver high-impact pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
Teach critical ISR topics including:: ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory SIGINT GEOINT Special Payloads Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats) Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Close Air Support Combat Search and Rescue Counter-land Counter-Sea and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.

What Sets You Apart (Required):
TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelors degree and 14 years OR Masters and 12 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of RQ4 and other Air Force ISR platforms systems tools and processes
Instructor experience
Thorough understanding of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment
Nice to Have (Desired):
Prior IIQC Instructor Experience
Unit Level Intelligence Experience with RQ4
Instructor certification
EIO2024

Pay Range:
Pay Range $82550.00 - $149225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
