Job Summary

Technical Support Specialist at CanAmerican Stone Spreader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding CanAmerican products especially the Soil King brand stone spreader.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting maintenance and repair of equipment over the phone email or on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on operating CanAmerican equipment safely and effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge in trucking equipment with a focus on stone spreaders and dump bodies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $110000 - $125000 per year
