Job Summary
****Average hourly rate is $18.84 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.)****
**** Bilingual candidates preferred****
POSITION PURPOSE
Supports staff in the Family Preservation Program to enhance child and family well-being through resource coordination and direct family support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily support to families and connect them with essential community resources.
- Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet family goals.
- Coach families on parenting budgeting and life skills through hands-on support.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required.
- Transport clients as needed and provide emergency support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School diploma/GED required.
- Experience: 2 years in family-based services.
- Skills: Effective communication teamwork and basic technology proficiency.
