Job Summary

RIVO is seeking an experienced Lead Purchasing Manager to help refine and scale our digital lead purchasing strategy. Were looking for someone who understands how customer leads are sourced scored and matched and who knows the mechanics of pricing logic well enough to partner effectively with Sales and Loan Underwriting to drive higher conversions and measurable impact across the organization.

What Were Looking For: 

  • Direct experience in the consumerfinance lead ecosystem installment loan lead sales or lead acquisition. 
  • Expertise working with large lead aggregators (or directly for one) with a solid understanding of pricing models pricing logic decision trees and factors that influence lead traffic quality. 
  • A datadriven mindset with the ability to connect performance metrics to sales conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong vendormanagement relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills that balance cost quality and volume.
  • A collaborative approach partnering seamlessly with Sales Leadership Underwriting Data and Technology teams.
  • High attention to detail especially when managing budgets contracts and performance dashboards. 

What Youll Do: 

  • Own and optimize a $10M annual lead acquisition strategy driving revenue growth by balancing cost quality and conversion from a diverse network of 1020 lead providers.
  • Develop and execute a datadriven lead purchasing plan analyzing performance trends conversion metrics and ROI to continually refine spend and improve results.
  • Build and manage strong vendor partnerships negotiating pricing monitoring lead quality and ensuring top performance from industry aggregatorsespecially within financial services and installment lending.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales Underwriting Data & Technology teams to integrate lead data streamline feedback loops enhance reporting accuracy and support sales productivity.
  • Identify emerging opportunities by evaluating new lead sources industry trends and competitive shifts providing strategic recommendations that keep RIVO ahead of the market. 

Qualifications :

What You Bring: 

  • 5 years of experience in lead purchasing or selling digital leads in a leadvendor/leadaggregator environment  preferably in financial services installment lending or within a lead aggregator or consumer credit reporting agency (CRA).
  • Bachelors degree in Analytics Marketing Business or a related field is a plus. 
  • Proven experience negotiating with or working for lead aggregators or highvolume lead providers. 
  • Experience leveraging Tableau and advanced Excel for data visualization reporting and analysis (complex formulas pivot tables dashboards). 
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics and standard analytical research methods processes and procedures.  
  • Demonstrated ability to balance spend strategy quality control and conversion optimization. 
  • Excellent interpersonal leadership conflict resolution and team management skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 
  • Excellent attention to detail time management and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel to conferences and represent RIVO in a professional manner. 
  • Proficient in Outlook Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $105000.00 to $130000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
