The House of Commons Procedural Services is currently looking to staff the Coordinator Forecasting and Tracking position.
This recruitment and selection process is restricted to employees of the House of Commons Administration.
In this role you will be responsible for forecasting tracking and coordinating parliamentary production workflows to ensure that debates and committee evidence are delivered accurately and on time in line with established service standards. You will support operational decisionmaking by integrating workflow data monitoring production performance briefing supervisors and management on operational issues and presenting recommendations and proposed solutions in a dynamic parliamentary environment.
You will also supervise staff who deliver realtime production support coordinate daytoday operations with internal partners and provide direct operational assistance to users of parliamentary production tools and applications. Through your work you will help ensure the reliability efficiency and quality of the Houses parliamentary production activities.

Qualifications :
Education :
- Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to coordination workflow management or parliamentary production environments.
Experiences :
- Proficient experience coordinating forecasting and tracking work in a highvolume deadlinedriven operational environment.
- Experience supervising staff including assigning work managing performance approving leave scheduling and providing training.
- Considerable experience analyzing operational data and preparing statistical or performance reports to support management decisionmaking.
- Experience supporting training onboarding or developing procedural documentation in an operational context.
- Thorough/In-depth knowledge of parliamentary publications including debates and committee evidence and the end-to-end production cycle.
- General knowledge of service standards performance measurement concepts and data integrity principles.
Assets :
- Experience using PRISM and PRODTEST.
- Experience working in Procedural Services / Parliamentary Publications.
- Experience briefing supervisors and management including presenting operational issues recommendations and proposed solutions.
- Experience executing approved operational plans monitoring progress and adjusting activities to ensure agreed-upon outcomes are achieved.
