Job Summary

 

  • Help coordinate the day-to-day operations with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle the Owner arrival experience & departure experience requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our owners
  • Booking massages activities transfers and dinner reservations
  • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including the lodge health club spa change rooms washrooms and pool area
  • Ensure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Perform housekeeping touch up duties as required
  • Comply with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Prior experience working with RDP or a PMS hospitality system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • BC Drivers License in good standing
  • Attention to detail and administrative skills required
