Synergie Australia is seeking a Project Manager Pedestrian Detection System Implementation for a trusted client located in Melbourne.

The important parts:

Pay:$100-110 per hour Super
Duration:4-month contract
Hours:MondayFriday 40 hour per week
Location: Melbourn CBD and Inner suburbs

What you will be required to do:

Youll lead the implementation of a largescale pedestrian detection system across 500 fleet assets nationally. This is a handson highvisibility role partnering with operations safety fleet vendors and senior stakeholders.

Acting as the clientside Project Manager from planning through commissioning and handover
Developing and managing project plans governance frameworks schedules and reporting
Coordinating with technology vendors fleet teams operations HR and safety groups
Leading multisite deployment and ensuring installation quality standards are met
Overseeing change management including training material development communications and adoption activities
Ensuring WHS requirements compliance and safetyindesign principles are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
Driving transition to BAU and ensuring the system is embedded into daily operational workflows

To be successful in the role you will:

Hold a degree in Project Management Engineering Technology or a related field
Bring 7 years experience delivering complex multisite or industrial projects
Have proven experience acting as a clientside Project Manager
Have delivered technologyenabled safety or fleet initiatives previously
Demonstrate strong vendor management scheduling budgeting and risk management capability
Be a confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams
