What you will do:
- Support the planning execution and closing of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Assist in developing project documentation including project plans timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and requirements.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and assist in developing solutions to mitigate delays.
- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders ensuring alignment across teams.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings track action items and follow up on open tasks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient collaboration and ensure a smooth project execution.
What you will bring:
Essential
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A hands-on proactive approach to managing projects and driving results.
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be able to handle multiple projects at once.

- Certification in Project Management.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
