Aspen Careers is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Office Administrator to oversee operations for a local office of a nationally recognized law firm.
This leadership role is responsible for daily office operations staff management budgeting HR coordination recruiting support and overall performance of support functions within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal assistants reception and support staff
Oversee staffing scheduling training and cross-training initiatives
Partner with firm leadership to ensure policy consistency and operational excellence
Manage office budget and financial performance
Oversee payroll
Lead onboarding for legal and support hires
Coordinate facilities vendor management and office events
Provide coaching performance management and compensation recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
Multiple years of office administration experience (law firm strongly preferred)
Strong HR recruiting budgeting and staff development experience
Experience managing personnel performance and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and law firm systems
