Danish Customer Support (Remote in Greece) Relocation Support

Role: Danish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Greece)

Package: Monthly Salary 2 Extra Bonuses Full Relocation

The Opportunity

Trade the Nordic chill for the Greek sun! We are hiring fluent Danish speakers to provide premium support for a global brand. This role is fully remote allowing you to work from Athens Thessaloniki or any Greek island.

Your Responsibilities

Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone chat and email.

Resolve inquiries regarding orders accounts and technical troubleshooting.

Maintain high-quality service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Document interactions in English using our CRM system.

Requirements

Native or C1 level Danish (written and spoken).

B2 level English proficiency.

Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Valid EU Passport or Greek work permit.
