Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts strengthen client relationships and optimize recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator highly organized tech-savvy and experienced in working with US-based agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries
  • Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing screening and workflow efficiency
  • Develop implement and refine recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor team performance metrics and ensure hiring targets and KPIs are met
  • Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with a US-based recruitment agency

  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (e.g. Bullhorn Greenhouse Lever etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and modern sourcing strategies

  • Experience creating and improving recruitment processes and SOPs

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and roles simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Strong experience sourcing candidates across LATAM (Mexico Brazil Colombia Argentina etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing remote recruitment teams

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics

  • Ability to build scalable hiring processes
