Required Qualifications

Proven experience working with a US-based recruitment agency
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (e.g. Bullhorn Greenhouse Lever etc.)

Strong knowledge of AI tools and modern sourcing strategies

Experience creating and improving recruitment processes and SOPs
-
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and roles simultaneously

Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong experience sourcing candidates across LATAM (Mexico Brazil Colombia Argentina etc.)
Preferred Skills

Experience managing remote recruitment teams

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics

Ability to build scalable hiring processes
