Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts strengthen client relationships and optimize recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator highly organized tech-savvy and experienced in working with US-based agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries
- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing screening and workflow efficiency
- Develop implement and refine recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure hiring targets and KPIs are met

Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and best practices
Required Qualifications

Proven experience working with a US-based recruitment agency
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (e.g. Bullhorn Greenhouse Lever etc.)

Strong knowledge of AI tools and modern sourcing strategies

Experience creating and improving recruitment processes and SOPs

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and roles simultaneously

Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong experience sourcing candidates across LATAM (Mexico Brazil Colombia Argentina etc.)
