Recruitment Associate (Contractual)

This is a fixed-term role (4 months).
Open Roles
Recruiter Mass Hiring & Operations
- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts (100 hires per month).
- Source screen and endorse candidates for operational and frontline roles.
- Administer exams conduct initial interviews and manage job offer negotiations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes and compliance with company standards.
Recruitment Coordinator PESO & Job Fairs
- Facilitate partnerships with PESO offices and manage accreditation requirements.
- Organize and coordinate participation in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Act as liaison with external agencies schools and local government units.
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely documentation of activities.
Field Recruiter Nationwide Events & Leads
- Represent the company at job fairs campus recruitment and community events nationwide.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment leads across regions.
- Strengthen relationships with local recruitment sources and partners.
- Provide on-the-ground insights to improve hiring strategies.
Contract Specialist / Recruitment Administrator
- Draft and prepare training agreements employment contracts and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor standards and company policies.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
Role-Specific Strengths
Mass Hiring Recruiter: Skilled in sourcing screening and endorsing large candidate pools efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Recruitment Coordinator: Experienced in liaising with PESO offices handling accreditation and coordinating job fairs/events.
Field Recruiter: Comfortable with nationwide travel adept at building leads and representing the company at external recruitment events. Willing to travel
Contract Specialist / Administrator: Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of labor standards and proficiency in preparing contracts and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Background
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- At least 23 years of recruitment experience with specialization depending on the role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required
