Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer you will be responsible for evaluating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and platform policies. Your strong attention to detail sound judgment and fair decision-making will contribute to maintaining a positive and secure online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess different types of content including text images videos and links to ensure they comply with moderation standards
Enforce platform policies consistently while making balanced and well-informed decisions
Handle user appeals with professionalism empathy and clear communication
Work closely with internal teams to uphold content quality safety and platform integrity
Monitor user activity trends to detect and address potential risks
Provide input on tools workflows and processes to enhance moderation effectiveness

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
