Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional assistance across multiple communication platforms
Support users with account registration password resets billing queries and identity verification
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while keeping customers informed every step of the way

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
