Position: Check-in & Boarding Executive Company Overview: Bluespirit is a leading airport service provider specializing in check-in and boarding services for various airlines. We are committed to providing a seamless and efficient travel experience for our customers and we are looking for a Check-in & Boarding Executive to join our team at the Jodhpur Airport in Rajasthan India. Position Overview: As a Check-in & Boarding Executive you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in and boarding process for passengers. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company. You will work closely with the airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers and assist them with the check-in process - Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies - Weigh and tag luggage and issue boarding passes - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules baggage allowances and other travel-related queries - Coordinate with airline staff to ensure timely boarding of passengers - Handle any issues or complaints raised by passengers in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of passenger information - Adhere to all safety and security protocols at the airport - Assist with other airport duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Knowledge of airline policies and procedures is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be based on a rotating shift schedule which may include early mornings evenings and weekends.
