This is a full-time position based in Guwahati Assam India. As a Ticketing Executive/Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for our clients. Your primary duties will include ticketing checking-in passengers assisting with baggage handling and providing information and assistance to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Process ticket reservations and sales for both domestic and international flights - Check-in passengers and assist with baggage handling - Provide information to customers regarding flight schedules delays and other travel-related inquiries - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and passenger information - Keep up-to-date with airline policies and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in ticketing or customer service is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of airline industry regulations and procedures - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service we want to hear from you!
