Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Desk this role you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to passengers and visitors at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all airport guests by assisting them with their inquiries and providing helpful guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers and visitors at the information desk - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules gate numbers and other airport-related information - Assist passengers with inquiries and provide guidance on airport facilities and services - Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized information desk area - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations - Keep track of lost and found items and assist in reuniting them with their owners - Stay updated on airport policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers - Handle cash transactions for services such as baggage storage and lounge access - Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and airport property Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of basic computer applications - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Fluent in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
