Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service this role you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs including ticketing check-in and other related services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Process ticket sales changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Check-in passengers and their baggage according to established procedures - Provide information on flight schedules delays and gate changes - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions - Attend training sessions and stay updated on airline policies and procedures - Uphold the companys standards of customer service excellence at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays - Proficiency in computer systems and software - Fluency in English and any local languages is required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours may vary and include weekends and holidays. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
