Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client a construction and property developer based in Cambodia. Currently they are seeking for a Finance Manager to lead the Finance team for one of their subsidiary companies.

Reports to: CEO

No. of Subordinate: 5 staffs

Work Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Working hours: Mon-Sat (6 days) 9am-6pm.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the overall finance function and the finance team prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements reports and forecasts to top Management.
Maintain good relationships with bankers tax agents and auditors.
Provide strategic direction to the Management providing high level proactive financial expertise to the Management as whole and direction for financial planning.
To undertake other special assignments ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 8 years of working experience in Finance preferably in construction/property development industries.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Willing to work in Phnom Penh.
Open to Malaysian ONLY
