Were growing our service department and looking for an Entry-Level Service Advisor who wants to build a long-term career with a respected GM brand.
Prior automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training GM systems support and hands-on mentorship to set you up for success.
What Youll Do
Welcome GM customers and assist with vehicle service needs
Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems
Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
Provide timely service updates and follow-up
Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards
Learn GM service processes warranty basics and dealership procedures
What Were Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive coachable attitude with a desire to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Basic computer skills (R&R GM systems training provided)
Dependable attendance and professional appearance
Automotive or dealership experience is a plusbut not required
