About the role:
Were hiring a newly created Operational Support Officer (OSO) to provide vital administrative and operational support across the One Distribution business units.
Reporting to the Management Support Officer (MSO) this role supports streamlined bestpractice ways of working. Youll work side by side with Business Support Officers (BSOs) and MSOs and closely with operational managers to ensure effective coordination and consistent support across the function.
The OSO plays an important role in driving continuous improvement maintaining efficient and aligned ways of working and supporting shared priorities. This position also serves as a reliable point of support for BSOs and the broader One Distribution team.
The role includes some travel to depots across Victoria including Bairnsdale Beaconsfield Leongatha Lilydale Sale Seymour Thomastown Traralgon Warragul and Wodonga.
