The Role
You sit at the center of acquisitions property operations capital relationships and leadership accountability. We operate on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) a structured framework for setting priorities (Rocks) running tight meetings and tracking scorecards with clear will help us execute EOS at a high level.
You are here to multiply output.

Protecting the CEOs time so he focuses on acquisitions and high-leverage work
Ensuring Rocks get done and Scorecards stay clean
Turning repeat problems into documented Playbooks
Improving communication between leadership property managers and construction
Seeing friction in the system and removing it

Your Background
Youve likely:
Supported a CEO / founder or operator in a fast-moving environment
Managed multi-stakeholder projects across departments
Built systems documentation and accountability rhythms
Worked inside EOS or a similar operating framework
Youre fluent in:
