Handle customer inquiries feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist in training and mentoring front-of-house team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality management or as a restaurant/food service supervisor.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
