Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage guests ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Supervise front-of-house staff including host/hostess and service team.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and reservations.
- Oversee cleanliness safety and service standards in the dining area.
- Support collaboration between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in training and mentoring front-of-house team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management or as a restaurant/food service supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
